Standard Gloveboxes

The Standard Gloveboxes by Vigor are designed for laboratory applications that require a controlled and low-impurity working environment. The glovebox features a robust 304 stainless steel (304SS) construction, sealed glove ports, toughened glass viewing window, integrated filtration, and a high-efficiency purification system.

The system incorporates patented leak-free sealing technology designed to provide an ultra-low leakage rate and help maintain low oxygen and moisture levels inside the chamber. According to the manufacturer’s listed specifications, O₂ and H₂O levels can quickly drop below 1 ppm under suitable operating conditions.

The Standard Glovebox also includes oxygen and moisture analysis, allowing users to monitor the internal environment. Its replaceable sensors are designed for practical maintenance and long-term operation.

Different chamber lengths are available, including 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm, and 2400 mm, with a 750 mm width and 900 mm height. The system can be configured with fixed or adjustable shelves and includes large and small antechamber options for controlled material transfer.

With its combination of stainless-steel construction, purification, monitoring, sealed glove ports, and transfer chambers, the Standard Glovebox is suitable for laboratory work where controlled atmospheric conditions and material isolation are important.
